Microsoft Launches New CRM Applications for Social Networks

The world's largest software-based company "Microsoft" Announced new version of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software applications developed by Microsoft has released CRM R7 2011 in India, with integrated social networking capabilities.

"CRM 2011 R7 integrate social features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and improve service and marketing processes for companies." Integration with Office 365 makes the value proposition for customers even more compelling, "Microsoft Dynamics India CEO Subhomoy Sengupta told reporters here.




CRM solutions help companies to manage interaction with their customers, clients and sales prospects.

The social function integrated, employees of an organization to communicate in real time, increasing lead generation and accelerating customer and influential outreach, said Sengupta.

Micro-blogging will help users of important real-time business events and activities through social media.

The software is also available via Windows 7 Phone and cloud.

The software enables companies to gather information about its customers and products by incorporating real-time social media conversations into the company's existing CRM views of customers. This software is expected to increase lead generation and accelerate customer and influential outreach, the company said.

Microsoft Dynamics recently passed the 2,000 customer milestone in India. Some of his clients include Dhanuka Agritech Ltd, Dr Lal PathLabs, Shard Motor Industries, Harrison Malayalam, Tyroo Media and Mangalam Electronics and Aegon RELIGARE.
