Ainol Launches world's first Android 4.0 Tablet at 99$

The world's first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich tablet has gone on sale with Chinese manufacturer Ainovo take honors with a budget of 7-inch deal, the Ainovo NOVO7.

The NOVO7 is a seven-inch tablet that claims to be a full fledged Android 4.0 ICS dose. It is not driven by some ARM processors, and it does not have dual-or quad-core processors. Rather than operate with MIPS Technology XBurst 1GHz CPU. Rather than operate with MIPS Technology XBurst 1GHz CPU.

Amit Rohatgi, Mobile Principal Architect of NOVO7 say MIPS is a "game changer for mobile because it is lowering the price barrier for widespread tablet ownership. Rohatgi also said that NOVO7 is a low power (up to eight hours of battery life) tablet with" superb Open GL ES 2.0 graphics. "Gameloft's Spider-Man comes pre-installed. We'll see it.

Features include a USB 2.0, HDMI 1.3, micro SD slot, 1080p HD video playback, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, an unspecified front and two rear-megapixel cameras.

Storage-wise, we look at the 4GB built-in, expandable with micro SD card. There is not much, but what can you honestly expect from a tablet is only $ 100?

Eight and nine-inch models are supposedly coming out soon, but for now, NOVO7 a China-exclusive until it begins to show itself in other brands from Leader International Inc. and OMG Electronics Ltd. worldwide.

Basically this is a tablet, you will probably find at your local discount store or behind the registers at a pharmacy (yes, they sell tablets now, I checked!).

A tablet for $ 100 is dirt cheap and easily set it as a great day for children who need to be included on a road trip. For me, as long as the browser is not nervous, I would say a cheap tablet as NOVO7 not too shabby, assuming it actually works fine.
