Indian Union minister "Sharad Pawar" Slapped

Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar was today beaten by a man at the New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) center in New Delhi. The minister was attacked as he left the place after taking part in a literary function.

As his horrified mates watching and the cameras whirred, attacks Harvinder Singh went minister together with officials of NDMC center here. Pawar appeared to lose balance for a moment, but recovered quickly.





Dressed in a blue striped T-shirt, took the turban Sikh's kirpan before he was overpowered by guards.

"Sab Chor Hain ... rejoice ... rejoice doonga doonga (They are all thieves. I will tear them apart), shouted the man as he was led away.

The man who said he was the bearer of Rohini said the average person was tired of rising food prices and corruption.

I am a man I did it. Yes, I'm right! "He shouted in rage.

"Dikha diya Maine ... (I've been there.) Today is Guru Tegh Bahadur Martyrdom today," Harvinder Singh said defiantly as he was hustled away, and added that he was responsible for the attack on Sukh Ram also.

Harvinder Singh, who was detained at the Parliament Street police station was attacked 19 November Sukh Ram in Rohini court complex after his sentencing for the 1996 telecom fraud case. The octogenarian former minister was unhurt.
